The original painting was part of a big group I made for my Sept 2020 show at Nahcotta in Portsmouth, NH. They are shown here on the wall in my studio before I shipped them off for exhibition.

Minnesota Artists Penny Press at SooVAC in Minneapolis

Alyssa Baguss will be at Soo Visual Arts Center in Minneapolis with the 

Minnesota Artists Penny Press:

An old-school penny pressing machine featuring art images from four MN artists.

Stop in from 1-4 pm to create keychains, jewelry, and zipper pulls with penny artwork by 

Kelly Abeln, Julie Buffolohead, Jennifer Davis and Ruthann Godollei. 

 (I'll be stopping by at 1 if you wanna say "hi!")

I punched holes in my penny pressed artwork and made earrings.

Solo Show at Nahcotta in Portsmouth, NH

 I made 17 paintings for my new solo exhibition, opening Thurs 9/19/21, at Nahcotta in Portsmouth, NH!

I've shown with them at least 23 times since 2008 (by my count) and this is my first solo show there. I LOVE working with this team. It was my hope to be traveling there at this time to meet them in person but life got tricky so that will have to wait for another time.
